Robert Ackermann is the President/Owner of Ackermann Creative Management Services and provides an interesting menu of services for the communities he manages.
As a young man, Robert joined the Army and spent 3 years (1987-1990) defending his country. In addition to that service, he was recalled to defend his country again in Desert Storm.
In the early 80’s, even before Robert’s first call to duty, he had obtained his real estate license and after his second call to duty, he obtained his real estate broker license.
He has enjoyed a solid footing in Maryland for years and is familiar with and manages many townhome communities, working closely with their homeowners’ associations and boards of directors.
Robert has been involved in community management since his early 20’s and approximately 13 years ago, his real estate background led him to create and run Creative Management Services.
He manages an impressive list of communities. Among them are Bay Crest HOA in Chesapeake Beach, MD; Grosvenor Square HOA in Bethesda, MD; Greens of Crofton HOA as well as Crofton and North Port HOA both in Crofton, MD, and a condominium property in Arnold, MD. Among other management duties, he also manages property on the Eastern Shore of MD.

Robert has two sons and likes to spend his free time playing tennis, cooking, traveling and swimming.
